What does your bulk order process & timeline look like?

Step One: Shoot us an email at info@fishcreekbrands.com with your design concept and desired order volume.

Step Two: We will follow up with pricing in 2 business days & an initial design proof in 6 business days.

Step Three: We will work with you directly to perfect the design proof.

Step Four: Finalize order details such as sizing distribution.

Step Five: Bulk orders take 10-12 weeks to deliver due to the handmade nature of needlepoint.

My organization does not want to hold inventory/guess sizing. What do I do?

Made-to-Order: All products are made-to-order, meaning there is no inventory investment on your end.
